Accounting

Accounts Receivable/Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to assisting with dealer issues, application of cash, application of credit/debit memos, balancing of accounts receivables accounts on a monthly basis and application of marketing programs. This individual will also be responsible for processing Arctic Cat’s District Sales Manager’s expense reports, corporate credit card administration, misc. journal entries, various account reconciliations and miscellaneous projects as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Process DSM Expenses and ensure all expenses are within company guidelines.

2. Correspondence and communication with DSM’s regarding expenses and changes in expense policy and procedures.

3. Reconciliation of DSM monthly GE Fleet Fuel bill.

4. Serve as back up administrator for corporate wide travel advance and expense report processing.

5. Corporate Card Program Administrator for five company divisions.
6. Monthly and quarterly review of Sarbanes Oxley internal control binders to ensure all reconciliations are in the binder and signed by the reconciler and approver. Verify that all reconciliations requiring the CFO signature are either signed or tabbed for his signature. Also review of the manual journal entries for preparer and approver signatures as describe in the JE Matrix and that all entries over $200,000 are signed by the Accounting Manger and entries over $2,000,000 are signed by the CFO.

7. Apply down payments for Extra Early Snowmobiles and Race Sleds.

8. Import Textron and GE Files in the absence of the AR Supervisor.

9. Monthly Marketing and Free Goods review and journal entries.

10. Monthly ATV and Snowmobile Discount Reports for Controllers.

11. Review monthly GE & Sheffield bills to ensure all ATV units billed are Arctic Cat units and qualify for financing programs. After review is complete and correct enter information from the bill into Retail Finance Costs excel spreadsheet for ATV Controller.

Design Engineer- ATV

Responsibilities:

This individual will design ATV products and components utilizing Unigraphics II CAD systems to develop accurate and concise layouts and detail drawings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Design product layouts, components and detail drawings for ATV product line through coordination with Product Team Manager and design team.
2. Assure completeness and accuracy of all CAD efforts.

Manufacturing Engineer-Machine Shop

Responsibilities:

Under supervision, analyzes manufacturing methods, materials, tools, equipment and worker motions to develop effective work methods. Sets up and maintains work standards. ATV Product Group Leader

Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility to assure that a specific vehicle or product is designed, developed, tested, achieve cost targets, and pass all certifications on schedule.

Cost Engineer

Responsibilities:

The primary function of this position will be to lead and execute global projects to achieve direct material cost out. The projects are initiated, planned, controlled, executed and closed within a program portfolio management approach. Projects are executed using standard Arctic Cat project management processes, via multi-functional project teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Execution of direct material cost out sourcing projects to achieve cost down and project schedule goals.
2. Initiate, plan, monitor, execute and close global direct material cost down projects within a portfolio program management tool. Project leader will manage approximately 15-20 projects concurrently with a annual target threshold of $1M + realized.
3. Lead projects through a standard process to define scope and requirements, complete risk planning and user technical reviews, manage the request for proposal process with external suppliers, manage PPAP/FAIR, planning phase of project, and manage project phase gate reviews.
4. Ability to cross functionally influence, partner and collaborate with external suppliers, commodity managers and buyers, development engineers, manufacturing plants, and engineering globally.

The successful candidate creates the design vision and product plan for Arcticwear & Drift Outerwear as well as ancillary products. Following product development, this person coordinates the development, sourcing, and initial purchasing for these products through to delivery to the Distribution Center. This position is a blend between business management skills and motorsports style development.

Service and Warranty

Service Parts Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

Responsibilities:

The individual in this position is responsible for inventory accuracy and processing of product to be shipped to the Bucyrus, Ohio distribution center for dealer order fulfillment along with product shipped direct to dealers from the Service Parts TRF warehouse.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for inventory control and movements of dealer direct shipments of the following products: ATV, Prowler, and WC frames, engines, World Class Store fixtures, misc assys that are built to order specifically in P2000, drop ship inventory from vendors, and ESP shipments. Also responsible for inventory and monitoring of cylinder core return program.
2. Supervise packaging and product movement of items coming from the main plant to be shipped to the Bucyrus, OH distribution center.
3. Coordinates pick up of inbound product from vendors to Ohio with production traffic coordinator.
4. Cross-dock dealer returns from Winnipeg to Ohio facility.
5. Train, teach and motivate staff on all warehouse procedures.
6. Work with Service Parts Warehouse/Production Supervisor to prioritize the work loads of employees.

Skills:

1. Knowledge of the Service Parts warehouse functions as related to dealer network and order fulfillment.
2. Knowledge of personal computer, spreadsheets, and word processing.

Responsibilities:

The individual in this position will collect/compile information, develop procedures and write product service procedures that will be used to prepare product support materials such as Service Manuals, Operator Manuals, Installation Instructions, Bulletins, Advisories, etc.

Collect information about serviceability of new products from a variety of sources including engineering drawings, personal observation, technical reports from vendors and hands-on mechanical investigation.

2. Develop accurate and timely servicing procedures for new products, processes and applications.

4. Meet all product release deadlines so that product support materials can be available to servicing dealers in a timely manner.
