Engine Dyno Technician- Snow

Responsibilities:

Perform standardized, prescribed and diverse test assignments on the engine dynamometer. Install, test and make modifications to the engine, exhaust, intake or fuel management systems as prescribed by the group leader. Prepare reports and maintain records on all tests conducted.

Parts Technical Coordinator

Responsibilities:

The individual in this position will be responsible for working with Engineering, Service Parts, Accessories and Dealer Support to develop an online PG&A solutions database. This individual will coordinate the parts related solution flow from Dealer Support to Arctic Cat dealers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop a process for coordinating the flow of PG&A solutions from Arctic Cat to the dealer network.
2. Coordinate the live online solutions development of the PG&A solutions database
3. Collect, record and report related field information in a manner that is legible, complete in detail, accurate and timely.
4. Provide assistance to dealers in determining proper usage of the Online solutions database and provide assistance, as needed, with dealer training through participation in factory training and other activities designated by the company or department.
5. Participate in special projects, assignments and other activities as required by the needs of the Product Support Department.

Quality

St. Cloud- Supplier Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible to design, evaluate and implement quality assurance principals as they relate to process sampling systems, quality system procedures, statistical techniques and supplier quality practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Document data-Assist in the development and maintenance of the document and data collection systems both internally and with Arctic Cat suppliers. Develop and write those standard procedures applicable to the systems developed.
2. Quality Audits-Participate in quality audits that can include Internal Quality system/process audits as well as supplier quality system/process audits.
3. Quality Planning-A key member of the quality planning group for the Quality Department.
4. Production and Efficiency-Seeks and makes recommendations for ways to improve product and process capability based on the company and supplier metrics.
5. Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including supplier quality manuals and company quality records.
6. Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate current processes as well as the results of process changes.

Clerical (Quality)

Responsibilities:

The individual in this position will be responsible for a variety of clerical tasks for the Quality Assurance Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of correspondence for the Quality Assurance Department
a. Non conforming material and corrective action
b. Track supplier response time to corrective action requests
2. Development of spread sheets and miscellaneous reporting formats (monthly scorecard data to include PPM and CAR turn around
3. Preparation of monthly reporting to include supplier quality performance and measures.
4. Provide travel and logistics support to Quality Staff
5. Monitor and maintain controllable expense budget
6. Assist in coordination of Quality Department functions Miscellaneous computer tasks as necessary
7. Maintain calendar and contact information of traveling department personnel.

Paint

Paint Line Supervisor – 2nd Shift

Responsibilities:

The individual in this position will be responsible for providing day to day work assignments and training for a specified group of employees under the authority of the area supervisor. May, as required, perform the same work as the employees in that group. Previous paint experience is preferred but not necessary. Will train the right individual.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Allocate work at the direction of the area supervisor
2. Instructs, corrects and trains employees in the proper use of equipment and performance of their work, paying particular attention to quality.
3. Plans, schedules and coordinates the efforts of the group.
4. Provides necessary assistance and training to turn out a superior product encouraging employees to do their best.

Assembly- (7am-3:30pm)

Responsibilities:

The individual in this position will complete a variety of tasks to assemble snowmobiles or ATVs.
