4. Ensures products are built and shipped on time and in the most cost effective manner.
5. Ensures vendors are manufacturing and supplying products accordingly to product specifications.
6. Provides focus and direction in the areas of lean manufacturing, quality, cost reductions, on time delivery, safety, customer satisfaction, employee relations and plant performance measures.
7. Experience in implementation and working with Toyota production systems, Including internal (manufacturing) and external (delivery of finished products) elements of production

VICE PRESIDENT, HUMAN RESOURCES
Responsibilities:
The VP of Human Resources is responsible for directing all the people functions of the Corporation in accordance with the policies and practices of the company, ethical guidelines of the business and the laws and regulations governing employment. This position is responsible for strategic Human Resource planning enabling the Corporation to attract, develop and retain the necessary talent to run the business.
1. Works with other executives to develop and implement human resources objectives that align with and support Company strategies.
2. Develops and implement staffing processes to meet the Company¡¦s talent needs.
3. Develops competitive compensation and benefit programs
4. Collaborates with the President, Human Resource and Compensation Committees to develop a competitive executive compensation plan.

ENGINEERING
ENGINE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
Summary: The individual selected for this position will work with and guide engine designers, detailers, technicians, support groups, and suppliers to coordinate product improvements and innovations to enhance achievement of long term product and corporate objectives. This will require working as a team with the engine, chassis, fuel systems, and test groups to conceptualize, develop, and verify through testing future ATV engines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Research, design, and develop prototype models based on corporate objectives, product plan, and customer needs.
2. Work with assigned personnel and support groups to efficiently develop working models according to development schedules and cost objects.
3. Develop engines and engine systems that meet corporate objectives for engine emissions levels, NVH, power, durability, and fuel economy.
4. Request dyno testing for the purpose of understanding and analyzing current and future engines and engine systems.
5. Review and analyze combustion data with AVL combustion analysis software.
6. Make sure that all required testing is completed and analyzed on a timely basis.
7. Participate hands-on in field functional development and final performance specifications.
8. Develop written field and laboratory test procedures that meet or exceed consumer use patterns to include all temperature, altitude, and terrain extremes.
9. Determine all necessary certification requirements and qualify all models and/or components before manufacturing of production parts. Maintain an awareness of all legislative trends.
10. Maintain documentation and records of all specifications and certifications. Assure confidentiality and security of sensitive designs, test data, prototype models, product plans and costing.
11. Discuss with purchasing and suppliers all pertinent design and testing results.
12. Recommend corrective action as needed during production.
13. Assist in the development of all technical and service publications.
14. Continually review designs for cost effectiveness, material strengths, manufacturing efficiency and maximum quality.
15. Stay abreast of the latest material developments, tooling, design aids, manufacturing processes and new technologies applicable to company products.
16. Identify new products and/or features that improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs and keep product line at the forefront of the industry. Present preliminary cost, weight, performance, and tooling estimates to management for review.

Skills:
1. Must have 4-stroke engine powerhead design knowledge - development, testing, analysis and implementation of a project into production. (crankshaft, rod, piston, rings, cylinder, cylinder head, cams, and/or valvetrain)
2. Knowledge of engine development instrumentation and test equipment.
3. Capable of design and drafting review.
4. Demonstrates skills in cost effective material and process selection.
5. Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
Education/Experience:
1. BSME or equivalent degree.
2. 4-Stroke engine combustion analysis experience preferred.
3. Engine development experience, preferably with 5 or more years working with 4-stroke engines.
4. Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and/or similar programs.
SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible to design, evaluate and implement quality assurance principals as they relate to process sampling systems, quality system procedures, statistical techniques and supplier quality practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Document data-Assist in the development and maintenance of the document and data collection systems both internally and with Arctic Cat suppliers. Develop and write those standard procedures applicable to the systems developed.
2. Quality Audits-Participate in quality audits that can include Internal Quality system/process audits as well as supplier quality system/process audits.
3. Quality Planning-A key member of the quality planning group for the Quality Department.
4. Production and Efficiency-Seeks and makes recommendations for ways to improve product and process capability based on the company and supplier metrics.
5. Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including supplier quality manuals and company quality records.
6. Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate current processes as well as the results of process changes.
7. Plan and organize projects-A key member of the team in using company and supplier data to implement continuous improvement projects.
8. Problem Solving-A disciplined problem solver utilizing scientific problem solving methods to include but not limited to: Taguchi methods, Design of Experiments (DOE) SPC, FMEA, 5 Whys, PDCA etc.

FUEL SYSTEMS ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
SUMMARY: Overall responsibility to assure that fuel systems are developed on schedule, tested,
meet cost targets and pass emission specifications for all ATV/Prowler models.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and test carburetion systems for all ATV/Prowler products.
2. Develop and test EFI systems for all ATV/Prowler products.
3. Coordinate procurement of prototype fuel systems components.
4. Coordinate fuel systems applications with external suppliers.
5. Coordinate all high altitude testing and provide this information to service.
6. Schedule one meeting per month with Product Team Managers to review fuel systems
status and future direction.
7. Identify and implement potential cost savings.
8. Visit suppliers to determine what potential cost savings can be implemented.
9. Stay abreast of latest fuel system developments and new technologies.
10. Restrict confidential material from being expressed in written, pictorial or verbal form without proper authorization.
11. Participate in and encourage the highest level of quality, efficiency and professionalism. Communicate effectively and encourage assigned team members efforts.
12. Promote positive interaction with all internal disciplines and external customers.

SALES/MARKETING
INTERNATIONAL SALES DIRECTOR
Responsibilities:
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the development and management of sales activities for all Arctic Cat products outside North America. The primary responsibility is to increase international sales growth for snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles, and associated parts, garments, and accessories.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Attain and exceed sales objectives by developing and executing plans necessary to grow Arctic Cat’s business outside of North America.
2. Generate new accounts in Europe, Asia/Pacific, Australia and Latin America.
3. Identify and prioritize the markets with the greatest potential for growth.
4. Identify, screen, and select distributor candidates.
5. Establish sales targets for distributors.
6. Maintain contact and provide assistance to distributors to ensure achievement of goals.
7. Regular communications with distributors.
8. Coordinate on a regular basis with departments and personnel within Arctic Cat to achieve growth goals including Credit, Service Parts, Service and Warranty, Product Planning, etc.
9. Advise and assist Arctic Cat management regarding development of products and distribution strategies for continued International expansion.

DISTRICT SALES MANAGER - WASHINGTON AND OREGON
Responsibilities:
Summary:
Responsible for managing snowmobile and ATV dealer sales performance and market position within Washington and Oregon.
1. Must have strong sales background and in depth knowledge of snowmobile and ATV markets.
2. Must meet sales goals established by Regional Sales Manager. These include snowmobile, ATV, dealer recruitment and PG&A sales.
3. Expected to complete weekly itineraries and accomplish daily management activities necessary to complete company goals. Work weekends as appropriate.
4. Assist dealers in product move around as necessary.
5. Assist in all state and dealer promotions as appropriate and in all corporate promotions relating to sales territory.
6. Closely monitor inventory, sales and retail activity of territory dealer base and stay abreast of competitive dealer activities.
7. Keep track of sales trends of other products typically carried by Arctic Cat dealer.
8. Assist Arctic Cat Credit department with repossession and dealer credit problems.
9. Participate in short notice programs and projects.
10. Spot check programs for fraud, dealer participation.
11. Ensure proper contacts and documentation has been submitted by dealer base.

SERVICE PARTS/ORDER ENTRY
SERVICE PARTS MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Summary: Responsible for overall management of the Service Parts business. Particular emphasis on Service Parts plan development and timely execution to achieve sales and profit targets annually. Service Parts represents about $70M dollars in annual sales to Arctic Cat and is one of our highest margin product families (42% gross profit). Responsibilities also include involvement in creation and implementation of a new POGA strategic plan to drive more aggressive growth in sales and profits for Service Parts. Manager will lead and coach supervisors to maximize sales volumes, market share, gross profits and margins. Works with Regional Sales Manager, Call Center, dealers and distributors to insure satisfactory performance of the department.
Coordinates with: All areas of POGA including Bucyrus Warehouse, other POGA Managers and Supervisors, Snowmobile and ATV/Prowler Product Managers, Marketing, Finance and SAP Business Analysts. Other departments as required.
